Job summary

  • Inbound and outbound Customer service interactions via telephone
  • Provide outstanding Customer service while responding to Customer’s inquiries, questions and problems
  • Input and verify all transactions using Ferrellgas software applications
  • Maintain and update Customer information with high accuracy

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience totaling one year 
  • Strong Customer service or past sales experience
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong computer and keyboard skills
